roughly 83% of the people didn't learn anything from their school days and they were for all intents and purposes socially promoted so there is no semantic meaning possible from those clowns... the other 17% have their heads shoved so far up their bloviated assholes that they are completely blind to the light of the landscape and semantic meaning... I mean you cannot believe a word out of their mouths when they say yes they usually mean no and when they say no they usually mean yes... so it goes ignored again naturally...
