the west has always been dying in america and in the movies....another psychic piece of the soul dies its mouldy death never to be seen before...tyler sat up late watching the zoning board meeting...it left him with a cold feeling as they closed off the meeting to public comment...it's out how things are done in america...behind closed doors...it made him want to drink but he was on the wagon after a pernicious week of drinking the week before...earlier in the day he had been rousted by the fuzz for taking pictures of the landscape...he should have been more careful but he was only taking pictures...they were on him like a cheap suit....id...name....telephone number....what are you doing...who are you....and they have the balls to say they are making the world free for democracy...

down in the city Tyler had been a parody of himself for so long he wasn't sure of what was real anymore....the cement of indifference clogged his arteries of being to the point where he was going to explode...that's usually when the drink came in but he had to take it easy for a bit...he had been dangerously goioing over the line...it would serve no purpose to wound up in jail or the nuthouse...

he would just have to wait it out in the hills like he had done before...he knew what it was liked to be abandoned, ignored, mistreated, taken for granted...so what...everyone did...what was the big deal...he would just have to wait for the right time to write himself into the movie...
